about me

Hello, my name is Laura Heminger and I am looking forward to being your child's teacher this year! I have been teaching for almost 6 years, with this being my third year at Discovery and my second year teaching fourth grade. I am currently enrolled at WGU to earn my degree in Elementary Education. I live in Galion with my husband John, my 15 year old son and my 10 year old daughter. I love animals, so I have many pets - three dogs, three cats, three guinea pigs and one gecko. When I am not spending time with my family, or attending my kids sporting events, I enjoy drinking coffee and reading a good book.
